Custom Picture Framing To save costs on my art and to ensure my work was framed properly, in 1997 I learned how to do my own picture framing. I was trained by a professional picture framer Margo Carrera, who has since chosen to pursue her medical practice. I frame art, photos and collectibles with the understanding, experience and sensitivity of an artist.
